  1. Membership:
    1. Requirements:
      1. You must be 18 years or older and a United States resident to become a member of our website.
      2. You must provide valid and truthful information at all times it is requested.
      3. You must not create more than one account per person.
      4. You must not create more than one account per household. A household is defined as any single-dwelling unit. If you are a member of more than one household, you must be the only member in each of those households.
      5. You must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
      6. You must login and use the website from your own personal computer and internet connection only. Use of the website from public computers or internet connections is grounds for disqualification of all earnings.
      7. You must not use a proxy or any other method to mask or reroute your internet connection.
    2. Disqualification: Your account may be disqualified and all earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following conditions:
      1. You violate any of the terms set forth in this document,
      2. You attempt to exploit any vulnerability on our website, or
      3. You provide false, or inaccurate information to us, or any of our partners
    3. Cancellation:
      1. You may cancel your membership by contacting our support staff. All cancelled accounts are not recoverable, will have all earnings forfeit, and you may not create another account at any time in the future.
    4. Transfer:
      1. Your account or earnings may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or otherwise change ownership under any circumstances.
    5. Consent to receive emails:
      1. By having an active account on our website you consent to receive periodic commercial emails such as newsletters, third party offers, or other mailings. You may unsubscribe from these mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, or contacting our support.
      2. Certain important emails, such as account-related emails are always sent to you and are not commercial in nature.
    6. Relationship of parties:
      1. Your membership on our website is not employment and none of our promotions or materials are meant to offer or infer employment. Your relationship with us is that of an independent contractor
  2. Offers:
    1. Offer Completion:
      1. In order to receive credit for completing an offer, you must be deemed eligible by both MyCashSurvey and the advertiser, complete the full requirements of the offer (or survey), and reach a confirmation, or "Thank You" page. If you are disqualified for any reason, you will not receive credit for completing the offer.
      2. We are solely responsible for offer completion. Do not contact our advertisers, or third-party partners relating to offer crediting.
      3. You may only complete an offer if you have not previously completed it on this site or another. In the case of offers which allow multiple completions; completions on other websites count towards the allowed quota.
      4. We are not responsible for any typographical errors on any offer-related pages, or other pages on our website.
      5. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time, for any reason, without notice.
      6. You must provide valid information when completing offers. Invalid or false information is grounds for account disqualification.
      7. We implement high-quality tracking software, but occasionally an offer may fail to credit. This can be due to your computer's settings, or other reasons. We do not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track or credit. If an offer fails to credit automatically, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide recourse.
      8. Occasionally, an offer may redirect to a different offer (due to the offer's quota being met, or other reasons). In this case, the offer will not track, and you will not be credited for completing it.
      9. If we do not receive payment from the advertiser for your offer completion, we will only payout on that completion under our discretion.
    2. Offer Terms: We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, privacy policies, or any other contractual agreements of any offers listed to, or linked from our website. We strongly suggest you read and review all agreements associated with each offer before completion of that offer.
  3. Payments:
    1. Disbursement:
      1. All payment and disbursement of rewards is carried out by MyCashSurvey and not its associated partners or advertisers and they should not be contacted regarding payments.
      2. Payments are disbursed for the previous month, on or around the 15th of each month. Payments sent by check should be allowed an additional 7-10 business days to arrive by mail. Electronic payments may be delayed by circumstances outside of our control.
    2. Fees: We do not deduct any fees from payments that we send, however, you may encounter fees or charges levied by third parties (such as a bank or payment processor) which we are not responsible for. You are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, or other fees associated with payment receipt and use.
    3. Expiration: Once an offer has been credited to your account, it must be requested as part of a payment within 180 days. After 180 days, the credit expires and is no longer eligible for payment.
    4. Substitution: Payments may not be substituted, assigned, or transferred to any other party, except by MyCashSurvey. In the event a payment is substituted, we will make reasonable efforts to alert you and provide an acceptable substitute.
    5. Restricted Use: You may not request payment to a payment account that you do not own. You are forbidden from "signing over" a check to another person.
    6. Information Request: In the event of the need for a W9, other legal form, or identity verification, a payment may be delayed. In these cases, you can typically expect the payment to be sent within 10 business days of receipt of the required items, however, the delay may be up to 60 days in certain cases.
    7. Telephone Verification: In our sole discretion, we may require that you complete a verification of a telephone number using our automated system. The system requires a unique, valid, and permanent telephone number, which is not a VOIP or other "non-permanent" type. We do not use your telephone number for any purpose other than verification.
    8. Payment Minimum: In order to request a payment, you must have earned at least $25.
    9. Payment Reissue: In the event your payment is returned to us due to an error when providing payment information, we will reissue the payment once to a corrected payment address. If a check is lost, misplaced, or not received (and not returned to us), we will issue you a new one and will deduct a $15 stop-payment fee from the payment amount.
    10. Payment Details Change: You may only request to change your payment details if your existing payment details are no longer valid (ie. you move and have a new address, you change your payment email address). All payment details changes are at the sole discretion of MyCashSurvey.
  4. Indemnification:
    1. Liability: You agree to hold MyCashSurvey completely without liability or fault in the course of any court proceedings.
    2. Severability: If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.
  5. Reserved Rights: MyCashSurvey reserves the following rights:
    1. MyCashSurvey reserves the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason.
    2. MyCashSurvey reserves the right to disable an account for any reason.
    3. MyCashSurvey reserves the right to update these terms at any time. A notice of the update will be posted to this page.
    4. MyCashSurvey reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
  6. Additional Terms:
    1. PayPal/Dwolla/Google Wallet ("Online Payment") Requirements:
      1. An Online Payment account may only be used by one MyCashSurvey user.
      2. Payments will only be issued to active, verified, and United States located Online Payment accounts.
    2. Check ("Offline Payment") Requirements:
      1. An Offline Payment address may only be used by one MyCashSurvey user.
      2. Payments will only be issued to United States located Offline Payment addresses.
    3. Time Zone/Currency: All dates and times are in US Eastern Time (sometimes adjusted for Daylight Saving Time). All currency amounts and payments are quoted in United States Dollars.
    4. Forum: Any dispute under this agreement must be settled under the laws of New York. Any litigation relating to this document must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Suffolk County, NY.
    5. Arbitration: Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in the state of New York before an arbitrator. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
    6. IN NO EVENT SHALL MYCASHSURVEY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF MYCASHSURVEY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES.
